Investment strategy

Our approach to property investment is unique, both for our mathematical tools and strategy. Our tools allow us to find the most attractive properties in the best locations. Our strategy refines this initial selection using a series of criteria that reflect our experience in property acquisition.

High return and low vacancy rate

We look for properties with a high return, both in absolute terms and in relation to the local average return in areas with low vacancy rates.

In town or well-connected

Properties in the city or with good connections by public transport are more easily and quickly rented.

Older buildings in good condition

We favour older properties in good condition, not requiring any immediate major renovation. Such properties do have a more stable appreciation curve.

Ideal surface area and reasonable rent

Properties from 60m2 to 90m2, with a rent of less than CHF 2'500 are the most sought-after, the fastest to rent and have an ideal tenant turnover rate of 4 to 5 years.
